SoCal Awards — 20 days and counting!

The countdown is on… to The 2010 SoCal Awards, presented by the BIA of Southern California, recognizing the ‘best in the building industry’ in architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, sales office design, graphic design, advertising, and marketing, throughout Southern California.

It will be held on Saturday, October 23rd, at The Grove in Anaheim, where attendees will walk the official red carpet used at this year’s Emmy Awards!  We will have a chance to rub feet with the stars!!

Design Line Interiors is proud to be recognized in two categories this year!   ‘Best Interior Merchandising of a Model’ is judged on concept, creativity, wall and window treatments, and impact of furniture and accessories.  Up for this category are The Flats @ ThreeSixty, and Pasado at Del Sur, both by William Lyon Homes.

For ‘Best Sales or Information Center’, which is judged on theme, function, display concept, creativity and design used in the office, DLI is nominated for Clearstory Sales Office by Davidson Communities.

Ivy at Woodbury, ThreeSixty at South Bay, Pasado, and Blossom Grove, all by William Lyon Homes, as well as RockRose by Brookfield Homes, have all been nominated for ’Community of The Year’.  As part of the creative team, we are thrilled for these communities and their respective builders!!!

This year a new category asked consumers to vote for their favorite communities for ’Consumer’s Choice - Community of the Year’.  They were judged on brochure, sales office, interior design, architecture, and landscape design.  The nominees for this award are divided by location - in Los Angeles, ThreeSixty at South Bay by William Lyon Homes; in San Diego, both Blossom Grove and Pasado by William Lyon Homes; and in Orange County, Ivy at Woodbury by William Lyon Homes, and Harmony by Brookfield Homes Southland.
